TIMAAS Boss to be arrested for snubbing court orders

An Aba North district Magistrate Court has ordered the arrest of the General Manager, Traffic and Indiscipline Management Agency of Abia State, (TIMASS) Mr. Chinedu Ikeokwu for contempt of court order relating to a case filed against him by one Mr. Ginikanwa Ikechukwu.
A court order and warrant of arrest made available to News Men mandated the Abia state commissioner of Police Mrs Janet Agbede, to arrest and provide Mr Ikeokwu before the court on August 11, 2022.
The Vehicle of Mr Ikechukwu was impounded around Obingwa Obikabia area and the TIMASS were given a court order to release the Vehicle yet it fell on deaf ears even after they had presented a court order, proof of ownership, a photocopy of a booking sheet given to his client as he had lost the original copy to the officials.
Reacting to the development,The TIMASS boss said he doesnt know of any warrant for his arrest.
