Scores dead,others injured as a fresh attack rocks Azare,Bauchi State

A bomb explosion which occured in Azare,Bauchi State, Northeast Nigeria at about 5pm this evening has left scores dead and several others injured.
The attack was said to have been carried out by a female suicide bomber who blew herself up at the Azare Sunday mobile market.


Bauchi State Police Commissioner, Lawal Shehu who confirmed the incident to News Agency of Nigeria said the casaulty figure is yet to be confirmed,as rescue operation is ongoing.
This is the second explosion in the town in a space of two weeks,following recent attack of November 7.


The Boko Haram insurgency has impacted some much on the Northeast Nigeria,leaving thousands dead,many displaced and several others injured.
