Abia SSG mourns late Eze Enweremadu, describes death as great loss

The demise of the traditional ruler of Ngwa Ukwu Ancient Kingdom,Eze (Dr) Bernard Enweremadu ,has been described as shocking and great loss to the Ngwa nation in particular and the state in general.

The secretary to Abia State Government, Barr Chris Ezem, made this public in a statement he rolled out from his office,in Umuahia .

The secretary to the State Government explained that Eze Enweremadu was a seasoned traditional ruler of repute who worked round the clock to preserve the rich cultural relics and antifacts of Ngwaland in particular and Ndigbo in general.

Barr Ezem noted that the great son of Abia State Would be fondly remembered as a traditional ruler of valor, who was always on the march to advance the welfare of his people and community .

He seized the opportunity to console the first son of the deceased,the former speaker of Abia State House of Assembly,and the former commissioner of local government and Chieftaincy Affairs ,Rt.Hon. Christopher Enweremadu, and every one affected by this death , to bear the huge loss with grace and fortitude
