The Abia State House of Assembly during Plenary Today Monday 24th February 2020 Committed H.A.B 16: The Abia State Agency For Free Home Healthcare Services Bill,2019( A Bill For A Law to Establish an Agency for Free Home Healthcare Services for the Elderly and For Other related Purposes thereto) Sponsored by the Majority Leader Hon. Solomon Akpulonu to the Committee of the Whole for Further Legislative action.
The House also Considered H.A.B 12: The Abia State Power Electric Authority (ABSEPA) and Power Stations Bill, 2019.( A Bill For A Law To Establish Electric Power Authority and Power Station in Abia State and for other Matters Connected therewith) Sponsored by The Member Representing Umunneochi State Constituency Hon. Philip Okey Igwe et all.
The Bill was Committed into the Joint Committees of Public Utilities and Judiciary for Public Hearing.
The House Adjourned Plenary to Resume back on Tuesday 25th February 2020.
