Nobody will threaten Buhari with impeachment under our watch – Omo-Agege

The Deputy Senate president, Senator Ovie Omo-Agege has announced that days in which President Buhari was threatened with impeachment are over and will never happen under his watch in the 9th Assembly.
Speaking at his country home in Orogun community of Ughelli North Local Government Area of Delta State, Omo-Agege stated that President Buhari loves the Urhobos and also made it possible for him to become the “Deputy Senate President”.
“Gone are those when impeachment threats will be issued to the President. But today we are having a house where you have the Senate President, Sen. Ahmed Lawan and myself combined, we will make Nigeria better with the supports of all Nigerians.
“President Buhari put his legs down that I become the Deputy Senate President.”
He also boasted that the Delta Governorship candidate of the All Progressives Congress in the 2019 election, Chief Great Ovedje Ogboru, will be Governor in the next 6 months. Senator Omo-Agege said he has hope that the election tribunal will deliver an unbiased judgment.
