Kidnappers Meet Waterloo in Aba

A three man gang of kidnappers have met their Waterloo as luck ran out of them today while trying to make away with their victim.

The bandits who masqueraded as Abia State Daily Ticketing agents were said to have kidnapped a younger sister  of Mr. Michael Ibe Nwoke at Ehi Road by Asa,Aba.

The victim was said to be on her way to the market when she was abducted by the hoodlums.

She was  said to have sent a message to the brother who quickly alerted the Aba area command of the Abia State Police Command who quickly swung into action.

She was rescued at the abandoned Aba Mega Mall which has been overtaken by weeds and rodents.

One of the kidnappers was arrested while two others are still on the run.

The Abia State Police Command, Aba Area Command is still on the trail of the fleeing suspects while the apprehended one is in police custody. 

Meanwhile, Mr. Michael Ibe Nwoke has thanked the Abia Police Command for their swift  response to the situation.
