Abia: Update on Osisioma Flyover

Work has resumed at Osisioma Interchange Aba with drier weather conditions setting in.
The Contractor is on site and we expect the project to be completed early next year. 
Note that the project which was started in January 2017 is billed to be completed in 24 months. The project is running within schedule.
