President Muhammadu Buhari, today, joined other Muslim faithful to observe the Juma’at prayers inside a mosque located inside the Presidential Villa, Abuja.

Last Friday, the president did not attend the service, fuelling speculation about his health.

Top government officials including the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, Muhammed Bello; and the Attorney-General of the Federation, Abubakar Malami joined him in the prayer.

Factnews recalls that Buhari was absent from three consecutive meetings of the federal executive council (FEC).

Some prominent Nigerians like Femi Falana; human rights lawyer, and Debo Adeniran; an activist, have called on the president to take urgent leave and attend to his health.
