Attempt by Uche Ogah and the Ali Modu sherif faction of the PDP to frustrate the hearing of Governor Ikpeazu's appeal against the ruling of Okon Abang hit the rock as the court refused to recognize Alh Bashir Maiduga who claimed to be acting legal adviser of the party.
The court recognized Dr Onyichi Ikpeazu SAN and the counsel to PDP. And asked Bashir and others who claimed to be representing the pdp not to interrupt the court
