Nigeria Senate Sets up Committee on Missing 2016 Budget

The Nigerian Senate during plenary on Wednesday set up committee to search for the 2016 National Budget which has been reported missing.

The President of the Senate, Senator Bukola Saraki confirmed this in a response to a point of order by Senator Eyinanya Abaribe on the alleged missing budget at Wednesday plenary.

Several copies of the budget had gone “missing” according to reports on Tuesday.
