NIGERIA’S WORLD TRADE CENTER TO BE READY NEXT YEAR

Nigeria’s World Trade Center, which is located in the capital city of Abuja, is expected to open to the public early next year.
 
With this development, the nation joins a network of 323 locations in 89 countries to host the World Trade Centre, which was first inaugurated in 1970 in New York City.
 
The WTC will emerge the largest mixed-use development in West Africa, begin funded by local and foreign financial institutions and private sectors.
 
The World Trade Centre has been under construction since 2010 and spans over six million square feet in the Central Business Area of the Capital.
 
With construction at bare, the WTC comprises of residential and commercial towers which will offer luxury apartments and will accommodate businesses of various sizes.
 
The building at 24 storeys each are set to define the capital’s skyline as the commercial tower is the tallest office building in Abuja while the residential tower will be the tallest building in Nigeria.
