Abia State Governor-elect Okezie Ikpeazu recieves certificate of return

The Abia State Governor-elect,Okezie Ikpeazu has received his certificate of return from the independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, alongside his Deputy Hon. Udeh Okochukwu.
The certificate was presented by the INEC National Commissioner, in charge of Abia State, Amb. Lawrence Ngurugu, in the presence of all security chiefs in Abia State and other PDP chieftains including the deputy governor of the state, Chief Emeka Ananaba and state chairman of the party, Emma Nwaka.
The brief ceremony which had mammoth crowd cheering and dancing in celebration of the victory of the PDP candidate at the exercise was held at the INEC headquarters, Umuahia.
The Governor-elect, Okezie Ikpeazu ascribed his victory as an act of God, and called on all Abians to join in moving Abia to the next level.
