Another town attacked in Adamawa

In what appears to be a reprisal attack,the Boko Haram insurgents have seized another town in Adamawa state.
Hong,an administrative headquarter of Hong Local Government Area of the state was attacked in the early hours of Saturday,burning down several houses and killed an undisclosed number of persons.


Former Minister of state for health and minister of Foreign Affairs,Dr. Aliyu Hong, who confirmed the incident to newsmen said the sect attacked two villages in Hong,burnt down a police station and killed five persons few days earlier.


In a related development, calm is gradually returning to Hotoro,Kano State which was attacked on Friday night.
Military sources reveal that the military have been mobilised to restore normalcy to the affected territories.
