Abia Speaker Condoles with Former Governor, Senator Orji Uzor Kalu over Wife's Death

The Speaker of Abia State House of Assembly, Rt Hon Chinedum Enyinnaya Orji FNSE has described the death of Her Excellency, Mrs Ifeoma Ada Kalu, a former First Lady and wife of former Governor of Abia State, Senator Orji Uzor Kalu as a rude shock to him and a painful loss to the State.
The Speaker stated this today in his condolence message to the Senate Chief Whip over the unfortunate demise of his wife.
He eulogised the former First Lady as a woman of virtue who was dedicated to the service of the people and committed to the growth of the state even after her husband had left office.
While condoling with Senator Orji Uzor Kalu, Rt Hon Chinedum Enyinnaya Orji prayed God to grant the departed eternal rest and give the family the fortitude to bear the irreparable loss.
