Obingwa PDP: Members charged to remain steadfast ahead of 2023 election

The Obingwa Ward-to-Ward circus of PDP Ward General Meetings held in Mgboko Amairi, Ward 6, yesterday with the LG Chairman, Hon. Seth Agomuo charging the PDP stalwarts not to rest on their oars but to embark on evangelism to convert new members, woo back backsliding members, entrench active ones and raise the momentum of the party in Ward 6 and Obingwa generally as the elections approach.

 

Chief Agomuo also urged the members who have not collected their PVCs from the INEC personnel to proceed to the Local council headquarters to procure theirs and further charged them to remain steadfast in their faith and belief in the PDP.

 

Special Guest at the function, Hon. Erondu Uchenna Erondu, Candidate of the party for the Obingwa West State Constituency, assured the party of his determination to bring meaningful development to the area and to ensure to their welfare and wellbeing.

 

The Local Government Chairman, Mrs. Uloma Nwaogu, who also graced the occasion encouraged members to remain with the winning team and reciprocate the generosity of the party by choosing their own daughter as the LG Chairman.

 

Speaking further, Leader of the party in Ward 6, Chief Ezinwa Nkire Abiri said that Ward 6 is blessed to have their own as the Chairman, assuring that the Ward will remain resolute in their loyalty to the party He affirmed that the Ward will deliver PDP in all the elections.

 

The event which witnessed a mammoth crowd comprising many PDP Pro Groups also had in attendance the member representing Obingwa West, Hon. Thomas Nkoro, LG Executives, Ward Chairmen of other wards in Obingwa and the former Obingwa Seclog and the LG Women Coordinator of Uche Ndi Abia Campaign Organization, Oluchi Ahukanna.
