Nkporo PDP Stakeholders declare support for Edward Kalu Okocha's House of Assembly aspiration

In a consultative meeting between Nkporo PDP stakeholders forum and Hon Edward Kalu Okocha who intimated them of his desire to represent Ohafia North State Constituency come 2023, the stakeholders assured the House of Assembly hopeful of their total support if the ticket is zoned back to Abiriba for another term.
While addressing the forum, Edward assured them of a vocal, responsive and accessible representation. He reiterated his commitment to be available for the job and to attract meaningful projects and employment opportunities to the constituents.
" I want to assure you of my commitment to be available for this job if you send me, i will be a vocal, accessible and responsive legislator if elected. It will not be business as usual come 2023"
The Leader of Nkporo stakeholders forum, Prince Egwuonwu Agwu Onuoha while responding had this to say about Edward , "we all know him to be a committed, dedicated and sacrificial party man and a great ally of nde Nkporo, and we will reciprocate these years of cordial relationship with our delegate votes once it is agreed that the position will remain with our Abiriba brothren"
Chief Okoronkwo Ifegwu Mba (Sokimba), former elected Deputy chairman of Ohafia LGA, opined that it is time for the party to start fielding their best candidates so as to have a seamless electoral victory in the forthcoming election and that there is no better candidate in terms of experience, capacity, reach and skills than Edward Kalu Okocha.
The women leader of Ndi Elu Ward, Mrs Ogbonne Agbai, while speaking assured the forum of the support of the entire women to Edward Kalu Okocha whom she described as a simple, accessible and supportive man that has over the years without occupying any elective office supported the women in different ways.
In their different contributions, Chief Ude Obasi Ogbu, Secretary Nkporo Stakeholders Forum, Chief Agha Ude, Prince Kalu Ogbu Arunsi, former TC Deputy Chairman Ohafia LGA, Chief Ojiabuo, Hon Okoro Kalu Ude, Hon. Chief Okoro Ebei, thanked the aspirant for always according respect and regards to the Nkporo stakeholders by consulting them in all his political steps and assured him of their massive support this time which they believe will be the decider of who flags the party's flag in the next election.
Also present at the event are the DG Ikpeazu Vision Rangers, Comrade-O'Brien Iroh the CPS to the Deputy Governor, Chief Obasi Okibeh Onwukah, Chief Kalu Asiri, Madam Nnenna Ogbuagu, Chief Uchenna Okocha, Chief Ndukwo Oju Uka, Leader Ohafia Legislative Council, the three ward Chairmen, the five man delegates from each ward, and the five Elected Councillors from Nkporo.
