Stay off our property, Linto Industries warn trespassers

A no- purchase order has been placed on a property in Ohobo Afaraukwu, known as Ohobo Afaraukwu Housing Development project (Portion B) in Umuahia North Local Government Area, by Linto Industries Limited, pending a decision of the court, as the said property is a subject of litigation. 

Acting on behalf of the company, N.J Kalu ESQ, has placed it on record that any group or persons who purchase any portion of the property without the consent and approval from Linto Industries Limited,  does so at his/her own risk. 

The letter sent to our office by the Lead Partner, N.J & Co , reads " We act for and on behalf of Linto Industries Limited, whom we shall refer to as our client .

The general public are hereby notified that the land known and described as " Ohobo Afaraukwu Housing Development project ( Portion B ) which is located and Situate within Linto Royal Garden in Ohobo Afaraukwu Housing Estate, Umuahia North Local Government Area, measuring about 47029.579 Square meters, belong to Linto Industries Limited and has not been revoked by Abia State Government. 

This notice is to further inform the general public that the above described land is a subject of litigation in suit number HU/307/2021 between Linto Industries Limited &1 OR Vs Charles Offor& 7 ORS. 

Any person or group of person who purchase any portion of the above described land without the consent and approval from Linto Industries Limited is doing so at his/ her own peril "
