Tajudeen Adefisoye, the Ondo state House of Reps. member representing Idanre/Ifedore, has said he should have become a football player rather than a Nigerian politician.

He wrote on Instagram: "Na football I for play that year JeJe. This Naija politics hard. Lol."

The politician had taken to Twitter to complain about the state of the nation.

In one tweet, he complained about the value of the Naira and said the CBN governor has failed to honor invitations to explain his policies.

He wrote: "The Exchange rate thing is getting scary; high inflation & the businesses are suffering. We av invited the CBN Gov a couple of times to come & explain his policies but he doesn’t even honor invitations. He was summoned & still didn't respond. Seems the man is bigger than Nigeria."

In another, he criticized the regular borrowing done by the Buhari administration.

He tweeted: "The rate at which we borrow money in Nigeria and then dash people 5000 naira each all in the name of COVID RRR is disturbing and funny. The minister of Humanitarian should be called to order, wetin 5k fit buy for this country?"
