ABIA GUBER ASPIRANT,OKEZIE IKPEAZU, OPENS CAMPAIGN OFFICE IN UMUAHIA

Abia State gubernatorial aspirant,under the platform of the People's Democratic Party,PDP,Okezie Ikpeazu has promised an inclusive government if elected the governor of the state by 2015. He made the promise while unveiling his 2015 campaign office at 41 Uzuakoli Road, Umuahia.

The office known as OKEZUO ABIA 2015 CAMPAIGN OFFICE was officially declared open,with supporters from the different senatorial zones across the state represented.

The event served as an opportunity for people from the different senatorial zones in Abia to express  their confidence in Dr. Okezie Ikpeazu. The representatives from the 3 senatorial zones of the state all threw their towels behind the aspirants.

In his opening remark,the gubernatorial aspirant reminded Abians of his unrelenting promise and desire to build on the foundation laid by the present administration.

He assured Abians of his desire to lay a solid foundation on Christ,and also promised not to abandon Abians if elected governor at the 2015 general elections.

Dr.Okezie Ikpeazu described the day as symbolic in his life,because it marks the beginning of his journey towards becoming the governor of the state by 2015. He pleaded for the support of all Abians to aid in his actualization of a new Abia.

Fielding questions on his plans for Abia if elected the governor of the state,the aspirant said he will develop Aba and restore the enyimba spirit,while sustaining the legacies of the present administration.

The high point of the event was the cutting of the ribbon to declare the secretariat open.

Born on October 18th 1964,Dr.Okezie Ikpeazu hails from Umuebere,Umuobiakwa village,Isialaukwu Mbato  Autonomous Community in Obingwa Local Government Area of the state.
He holds a B.SC in Clinical Biochemistry from the university of Maiduguri,a Masters in Biochemical Toxicology and a doctorate in Biochemical Pharmacology from the University of Calabar.
