Arsenal Star Aaron Ramsey Passed Fit Ahead of Manchester City Clash

Arsenal star Aaron Ramsey has reportedly been passed fit ahead of the Gunners Premier League clash against champions Manchester City at the Emirates.

The Welsh international picked up an ankle knock during his country's Euro 2016 qualifier game against Andorra and looked doubtful for Saturday's lunch-time clash.

Arsene Wenger had suggested that the Ramsey had a 'little chance' of featuring against the Cityzens after calming fears regarding the extent of the injury.

However, reports now claim that the midfielder has been passed fit for the clash and also trained with the first team on Friday. It now remains to be seen if Wenger will name the Welshman in the matchday squad or look to give him little rest and save him for the crunch mid-week clash againstBorussia Dortmund in the Champions League.

The 23-year-old midfielder has been one of Arsenal's key players during the last 12 months and will be missed every time he does not take the pitch. He is one of the form players for Arsenal, after having scored two goals in three Premier League games so far.

Wenger will also have the fit-again Mikel Arteta, Mesut Ozil and Kieran Gibbs available for selection when City visit the Emirates.

Meanwhile, Gunners skipper Arteta has revealed that new signing Alexis Sanchez has very strongwork ethic and often stays back after training.

"He's working really hard and is very enthusiastic. He always wants to do more in training and he wants to stay longer after the session has finished," Arteta told Arsenal's official site.

"He's the type of player that wants to attack very, very quickly and he's trying really hard to impress everyone. He's trying all the right things to be a very important player for us, and I think he is already," the Gunners midfielder added.
