The APC Ondo governorship primary election slated to hold on Saturday 27th November 2016 has been postponed.

This was announced by Omo’ba Abayomi Adesanya, the party’s publicity secretary, on Wednesday in Akure.

“The decision was communicated to the State chapter at the end of the emergency National Working Committee meeting of the Party today, 24th of August, 2016,” he said, citing “logistics reasons” for the postponement.

The primaries will now hold on Wednesday, 31st of August, 2016, he added.
