Hajj deaths; Nigeria's death toll reach 199

Following the ongoing investigation into the stampede deaths, discovery and identification of bodies, Nigeria's death toll in the stampede have increased to 199.

The National Hajj Commission, Planning, Research and Library Services, Saleh Okenwa announced this in Makkah.

Saleh said the number of dead state contingents has been summed up to 160 made up of 70 male and 84 females; four male and two female officials, while the 33 injured is made up of 18 male and 15 female. 110 still missing is conprises of 61 male and 48 female. 

He said the numbers are expected to rise as more bodies are been discovered and identified.
