INEC Collation Officer stopped from leaving after cancellation

After the postponement of the collation to 9am, the INEC returning officer Prof. Benjamin Ozumba was stopped from leaving the INEC headquarters by some party agents and supporters.
However,it took the intervention of the police and other security agents to calm the aggrieved supporters who demanded that he addressed them before leaving.
Prof Ozumba later left the venue after he reassured everyone that the collation will start by 9am.
