Governor T. A. Orji wins Abia Central Senatorial election

Abia State Governor, Chief T. A. Orji has been declared winner of the Abia central senatorial election.
The INEC Returning officer Dr. Innocent Okoro, Associate Professor of chemistry Micheal Okpara University, made the announcement after collating the results from all the LGAs in the district.
The result as collated and announced are as follows:
Senate:
PDP: 65653
APGA: 46070
APC. 10204
PPA. 1429
Labour: 3051
UDP: 591
UPP: 289
PDP candidate returned.
Also the PDP candidate for Umuahia federal constituency won the election based on collated results for the area.
With this result, PDP is poised to take all 3 Senatorial seats in Abia
