The Chief of Army Staff, Major. General Kenneth Minimah, has reaffirmed the successes achieved by the Nigerian troops in liberating towns thay were once held by the Boko Haram insurgents, but admitted that despite the success, there is however no clue about where the abducted Chibok girls of April 15,2014.

Minimah, who stated this while fielding questions from newsmen after the security council meeting noted that the military has recovered significant success in routing the insurgents in Adamawa, Borno and Yobe, apart from three Local Governments of Abadam, Kalabaldi and Gwoza in Borno state.
He however, expressed optimism that as the troops close-in on the insurgents, they would get useful information on the location of the over 200 kidnapped school girls.

Minimah expressed optimism that the Chibok Girls will be found, noting that the territory is becoming elusive to them.
