The Independent National Electoral Commission,INEC,says it has put in place measures to ensure that the 2015 general elections will be of high integrity and difficult for anyone to manipulate.

INEC Spokesman, Kayode Idowu, who gave the assurance stated that INEC would distribute up to 90 percent of the permanent voters card before the elections begin in February.

Idowu emphasized that of the 45 percent cards yet undistributed, a large number belong to the Internally Displaced Persons, for whom, he said, a plan action would be announced on how to accommodate them in the forth coming electoral process.

The Commission, however, advised politicians to abide by the code of conduct which stipulates how politicians should conduct themselves during campaigns and other electoral processes.
