Another twin blast hit Kano

A twin bomb attack at a textile market in Kano,northern Nigeria has left scores dead and several others injured.
The attack was said to have been carried out by a female suicide bomber. The terroist Boko Haram sect are suspected to be responsible,though no group has claimed responsibility.
Abdullahi Abubakar,Secretary of the textile market told News Agency of Nigeria that the first female suicide bomber blew herself up near toilets at about 14:30 local time (13:30 GMT). The second one took placd shortly afterwards near another toilet block,he added.

Kanti Kwari,where the attack was carried out is the biggest textile market in Kano.

The attack comes two weeks after a twin blast rocked Kano Central Mosque,leaving over 50 dead,according to the National Emergency Management Agency,NEMA.
Nigeria have been battling with the over five years insurgency that has left over 13,000 people dead,with the northeastern states of Adamawa, Borno and Yobe States being the worst hit.
